They called a tech from his home who arrived quickly. He knew how to quickly fix the problem and got the door operating within 15 minutes! The cost was much more than we expected!! $$$!

Had a great experience with the technician who came out. Another company quoted me $800 for a fix and this guy charged me $69, which is the fee to come out. Lots of crooks out there! Go with this company, at least they’re honest.

First visit seemed to solve problem, but the next day, the same exact problem occurred. They sent out another technician who it seems fixed the problem. remains to be seen as this doesn't happen every time.
